2 Bathrooms & A Laundry Room
We had the pleasure of creating a new full bathroom and laundry room by remodeling and resizing an overly large guest bathroom. Now, this home has a newly remodeled guest bathroom, an upstairs laundry room, and a new second master with a full en-suite.
It took a lot of planning to create all three new spaces. Our clients were so patient and easy to work with. From choosing a design scheme, picking fixtures, tile, & even paint color, there were some delays due to sourcing and material availability but ultimately were able to stay within the time frame.
Some of our favorite features are listed below;

Hexagon floor tile which is carried into all three spaces (laundry is larger & different color)

Darker grout to help the flooring pop

Large 12 x 24 tiles in the guest bathroom w/tub installed horizontally

Large horizontal niche in both bathrooms

New large bathroom in an existing bedroom with its own washer closet

Brushed Nickel trim and fixtures

Gray, white, off white tones throughout

Bathtub trim is different with a square fountain-like faucet

The shower is tiled with delicate crisp white subway with a pop of black penny tile for flooring and niche

The project took 6 weeks start to finish
Location: Potomac, MD
Finished guest bathroom, smaller size but same layout.
Moved the toilet and vanity plumbing to create a smaller bathroom and double vanity sink.
New shower/tub are; New modern tub, modern fixtures, large 12 x 24 Carrara White .
