Amy & Patrick's Project
This Bethesda, Maryland Kitchen Remodel allowed us to create an open concept by also incorporating a sunroom addition. Removal of a load baring wall, the widening of the opening between the kitchen and dining room, relocation of a couple vents, relocation of plumbing and some of the appliances gave this kitchen a layout that really worked for the space. Below are some of our favorite features;
-
Creating open concept by removing a load-bearing wall between addition and kitchen, widening of the opening between kitchen and dining area
-
New recessed lights & under cabinet lighting
-
Crown molding, soft close cabinets, and cabinet accessories
-
Relocation of plumbing and electrical to meet the new layout of the kitchen
-
Mosaic Accent tile backsplash and a deep blue tile backsplash
-
New Hardwood floors to match the rest of the home
-
A very unique and special counter top
Special shout out to our amazing clients who did great with all the schedule changes due to COVID-19. Vendors and delayed shipments due to the pandemic left them with a functional kitchen with no countertop or sink for over a month but they pulled through. A story to remember for sure!
Final Product!
