Ali Project
This project included a full kitchen remodel, main level flooring, recessed lighting throughout, new stairs, covering all popcorn ceiling, creating an open concept & a custom bench. We worked together with Residential Designer, David Delgado of DRD Studio to create the open concept by removing a non load bearing wall that divided the kitchen and the main living room. We completely gutted the kitchen and dining room area and relocated the appliances to make sense for the new kitchen layout. Below are some of the features of the new and improved space;
-
Creating open concept (bye bye wall kitchen and main living space)
-
Large L shaped island provides seating for 4, in cabinet microwave, wine cooler, additional cabinet space
-
Custom cabinets from Reico
-
Smart Appliances
-
Subway tile backsplash to ceiling
-
Under cabinet lighting
-
Recessed lights and dimmers throughout
-
Drywall ceiling- no more pop corn ceiling !
-
Birch hardwood flooring throughout entire main level and upstairs hallway
-
New stairs to match flooring
-
Herringbone tile foyer
-
Custom bench in foyer with storage
"Brenda and Jorge were a great team to work with. We had a huge project of renovating our main living level that included our kitchen. They were so accommodating for our budget needs and the work they did was great. We will be using them again in the future, for sure!."

Complete Open Concept Kitchen
Modern and upgraded kitchen that has many features
This large island doesn't only serve the purpose of additional counter space and seating. It also offers additional cabinet space, hides the microwave and holds a wine cooler!
The island hang over is perfect for 4!
White and Navy really are a beautiful color scheme and went well with the brick features the home already had.
Birch Hardwood floors throughout the entire main floor and the top upstairs hallways really tie it all in. Really rich in color.
This lovely section was designed and created by the homeowner himself! Super creative way to make use of a existing second wood burning fire place!
