Ali Project 

This project included a full kitchen remodel, main level flooring, recessed lighting throughout, new stairs, covering all popcorn ceiling, creating an open concept  & a custom bench. We worked together with Residential Designer, David Delgado of DRD Studio to create the open concept by removing a non load bearing wall that divided the kitchen and the main living room. We completely gutted the kitchen and dining room area and relocated the appliances to make sense for the new kitchen layout. Below are some of the features of the new and improved space;

  • Creating open concept (bye bye wall kitchen and main living space) 

  • Large L shaped island provides seating for 4, in cabinet microwave, wine cooler, additional cabinet space

  • Custom cabinets from Reico

  • Smart Appliances

  • Subway tile backsplash to ceiling

  • Under cabinet lighting

  • Recessed lights and dimmers throughout 

  • Drywall ceiling- no more pop corn ceiling !

  • Birch hardwood flooring throughout entire main level and upstairs hallway

  • New stairs to match flooring 

  • Herringbone tile foyer

  • Custom bench in foyer with storage
